Mindfulness Retreat 2021
From November 10th - 14th, we dedicate ourselves for four days entirely to the purification of body and mind. Daily yoga sessions, Mindful Meditations and MBSR coaching, in combination with the special nutrition and therapy concept of the Kurhaus Marienkron we provide relaxation and recovery. MBSR Course
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and is based on an 8-week program of one double hour per week. The method is clinically validated and a great way to work on stress processing mechanisms and to sensitize your own body awareness.
